Vermouth and cheese anyone? Join La Vermutería on March 12 at Rocklette to sip on Vermú Petroni and eat artisan grilled cheese sandwiches at Rocklette, a stall inside Mercado de Vallehermoso. The event is sure to be tasty!
Even if you’re hungover on Sunday morning, head over to La Vermutería’s pop-up aperitif party from 12:30-2:30 at El Imparcial, a chic restaurant and bar near metros La Latina and Tirso de Molina. It’s the perfect way to whet your appetite before lunch, i.e. with a glass (or two) of Lustau vermouth, Spanish tapas and some dancing to a live DJ, plus good vibes all around. Don’t miss it!

Sunday mornings are getting a whole lot cooler in Madrid thanks to the revival of the city’s “aperitivo” culture (i.e. Sunday morning drinking) and Madrid’s very own pop-up, La Vermutería, is one of the main players behind it all! Check out their event this Sunday, called “Hoy voy a ir al grano, te voy a meter mano” (Today I’ll go straight to the point, I’m going to feel you up…) which will be held at Meat, a restaurant/bar near Alonso Martínez. You can’t pass up the chance to go to a Vermouth & Burgers party on Sunday now can you?
Say goodbye to August in style with vermouth! On Thursday night at 7pm, La Vermutería – a pop-up vermouth bar – will be holding the second edition of “Reservas y Negronis” at the café/bookshop Tipos Infames in Malasaña. A glass of vermouth (Rubino or Ambratto) will cost you €3 and a negroni will cost you €5. You’ll also get a vermouth on the house if you buy a book over €12 🙂
Calle Pez is one of the most happening streets in Malasaña, lined with great bars and cafes. This weekend you’ll get the chance to enter every single one of them, as they’ll all be celebrating Fiestas Calle Pez. Expect a great atmosphere, DJs and our favorite part – vermouth!!
La Vermutería – a vermouth-inspired pop-up bar – will be taking part in the festivities with its vermouth-themed party: Siempre es Domingo en la Calle Pez. All participating bars will be offering the original “Domingo” vermouth brand, along with cocktails and aperitifis such as negronis and rodríguez.

La Vermutería Pop Up is a travelling vermouth bar founded by two foodies — Paula Móvil & Roberto Castán — and created in collaboration with the online food magazine, Plateselector.com. The idea is to take over different venues to throw aperitivos, mini-cocktail parties where the star drink is the one and only: Vermouth.
Each party features a different brand of vermouth, usually not (yet) well known amongst Madrileños.
