Meet the new U.S. Consul General: citizenship & residency info for Americans

If you’re an American living in Spain and you have questions about your passport, residency, and/or citizenship, The American Club of Madrid is hosting an event at Schiller University to provide info and introduce you to the new Consul General of the U.S.A., Mr. Christopher Richardson.

They’ll also explain recent changes in passport renewal options and requirements for U.S. citizens, as well as the process and requirements for transmission of citizenship to children born in Spain. If you’re interested in becoming a Spanish citizen, they’ll also provide info on what the process currently looks like.
