Adelita Market, great second-hand clothing market in Malasaña
Adelita Market is a monthly flea market that usually takes place at a cultural center in Malasaña called Espiritu 23 (named after its address, c/ Espiritu Santo 23). Although this time it will be held outside in Plaza de Dos del Mayo. The market mostly offers clothes, jewellery and accessories, although I've landed on other treasures too. Find out more »Christmas Pop-up Market in a Chamberí Mansion – The Hovse
The Hovse is a Christmas-inspired market that is taking place in a vacant 3-story mansion in Chamberí. Just walk in, explore the different stands selling jewellery, clothing and other nicknacks; and then head up to the top floor for food and drinks. There's also a rooftop. Rave Market is an awesome (and free) second-hand market that takes place in one of Madrid's most popular nightclubs, Shoko, in La Latina. What's cool about this market is that, since it's in a discoteca, you'll find DJs spinning and lights flashing while you browse through second-hand items and stumble upon gems that will cost you peanuts. Pop-up San Lorenzo in Malasaña – Mercado de Diseño
The Mercado de Diseño, whose usual home is El Matadero, is organizing a pop-up edition this year from December 9-24 (11am-9pm) in Malasaña; they've set up their very own pop-up store on San Lorenzo street where you'll find stands, workshops and other activities. Among the participating brands are Moisés Nieto, Pablo Erroz, Hidraulik, Smood Studio, Lord Wilmore, Octagon, Lali y Bela o Ana Prada. Madrid has tons of Christmas markets and one of the best ones is Nomada Market, which is taking place on the top floor of Charmartín train station from Nov 11-13. More than 80,000 people have visited the market over its last 10 years of success! Entrance is just €1 (free for children)

Don’t miss Madrid's one and only street food market! During winter, MadrEAT is changing locations (see map above), next to Pabellón de Ondaretta on Calle Principal de Provincias (no number). Nearest metros are Puerta del Angel, Alto de Extremadura and Lago.
