Mercado de Motores – Madrid’s coolest flea market!!

The city’s trendiest flea market is celebrating its 50th edition this weekend at Museo del Ferrocarril. You’ll find independent designer stands set up along the museum’s train platforms, and best of all, food stalls and music outside.

La Casa Encendida is hosting a book fair this weekend with presentations, workshops, discussions, musical performances, and more. This celebration of art and literature serves as a meetup for various independent editorial projects and is open to the public (and family friendly).




DCODE Festival 2016

On Saturday September 10th DCODE Festival is coming to Madrid to bring you the best of the past two decades of music, both national and international. The line up includes legends such as Jimmy Eat World and Eagles of Death Metal along with current artists like Zara Larsson or Mark Ronson. Get ready for 18 hours of music, food and drinks.




Sunday Funday: After Brunch at Conde Duque

After Brunch will be presenting its first Open Air Festival offering a great line up with the most sought after electronic music in Madrid, food trucks and a flea market, all together at Cine Garden Conde Duque, a large patio which also hosts summer open air movie screenings.

Artisan Beer Festival in Lavapiés

Big news for all you beer lovers: the second edition of Artesana Week is happening April 18th-24th! The Commerce Association of Lavapiés is hosting a craft beer festival where the local bars and vendors join to share their love for beer culture with the public. And given that the festival is all week long you’ll be able to try multiple beers over the course of the festival.




La Noche de los Teatros

La Noche de los Teatros is upon us once again and is commemorating both the fourth centenary of Shakespeare and Cervantes as well as celebrating the 150th birthday of Ramón María del Valle-Inclán. On April 1st, at various different theaters and venues all throughout Madrid, you will be able to enjoy performances and listen to music and dramatic readings.
